Overview

In version 13.0, the WithoutWire Inventory Platform undergoes a rebranding to become Endpoint Enterprise. The updated web console and mobile app now reflect the broader Endpoint Automation Solutions rebranding initiative.

While the appearance of the web console and mobile app has been refreshed, users can expect the same familiar menu and functionality. This includes key features such as Receiving, Put Away, Inventory Counts, Pick/Pack/Ship, and other inventory transactions. #BusinessAsUsual

Key Features

1. New Look for the Web Console

The newly rebranded WithoutWire Inventory Platform to Endpoint Enterprise includes a complete new look for the web console. Users will notice new brand colors, fonts, as well as a few slight changes throughout the web console.

Login Screen

The login screen for the Endpoint Enterprise web console will now be located on the left-hand side of your browser window. Otherwise, users will follow the standard login process they are familiar with to access their Endpoint Enterprise customer instance.

Navigation Menu

Users will notice two slight changes to the Navigation Menu items:

• The “Data Setup Tools” submenu item has been renamed to “Import/Export”.
• The “System Maintenance” menu item has been renamed to “Configuration”.

Receiving Console

Users will notice that the Endpoint Enterprise navigation remains the same, allowing users to move around the web console and the Receiving Console page as they normally would. Additionally, brand colors and fonts were applied throughout the Receiving Console page.

Outbound Console

Users will notice that the Endpoint Enterprise navigation remains the same, allowing users to move around the web console and the Pick Requests & Returns page as they normally would. Additionally, brand colors and fonts were applied throughout the Pick Requests & Returns page.

Embedded Power BI Reports (Home Page)

When users hover over the Home page in the navigation menu, they will find that they are able to click directly to their report of choice. They will also notice additional reports that were previously not available. There are now a total of 5 reports, each with multiple pages for a deeper insight into your inventory including Inventory Overview report with a new Bin Utilization page for a quick insight into empty and occupied bins in your warehouses.

New Look for Mobile – iOS & Android

The rebranded mobile app for Endpoint Enterprise features updated colors, fonts, and icons across the application. Users will quickly acclimate to the fresh look, as the navigation and workflows within the mobile app remain unchanged.

Other Changes

• Added the ability to receive directly onto an LP by scanning it prior to receipt
• Added logging / audit history for all status changes on orders and POs
• Added Export APIs for Item & Bin records:
  • To export Items: GET integration/item
  • To export Bins: GET integration/bin
• Improved logging / audit history related to order shipment
  • Shipping user is now recorded separately from picking user
  • Shipping user is displayed on Pick Request / Return Details page on the web console
• Added ExternalReference fields to order & PO import/export
  • Available on both header and line
  • Allows tracking ERP record ID fields to better facilitate integrations to external systems

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where overpicking wasn’t working properly for serial tracked items
• Fixed an issue where the Import / Export page wouldn’t reload properly after using the data reset feature
• Modified mobile Inventory Operations tile to default to Unallocated inventory (if available) rather than first allocation alphabetically
• Fixed an issue when using CSV inventory import to adjust inventory quantities in a bin to 0
• Fixed an in issue where empty LPs were erroneously retained as active after all inventory had been adjusted off via CSV
• Fixed Get Next Location option in picking not notifying the user when no additional locations are available
• Fixed issue where an unreceived LP shipped on a transfer could erroneously created in the destination site, bypassing the transfer receipt
• Fixed several issues with manual order allocation
