Endpoint Enterprise Version 13.2

Release Version: 13.2.0.0
Release Date: 12/15/2025

Overview

Endpoint Enterprise (EE) version 13.2 delivers meaningful enhancements across warehouse execution, integrations, usability, and analytics. This release improves printing infrastructure, global usability for multi-tenant deployments, picking and scanning efficiency, API-driven fulfillment accuracy, serialized receiving, replenishment visibility, and mobile consistency — while also resolving several key issues reported by customers.

Version 13.2 continues to prioritize operational clarity, system reliability, and scalability for modern, distributed warehouse environments.

Key Features & Enhancements

EE 13.2 introduces named Print Agent registration and assignment, providing better control over distributed printing environments.

  • Print Agents can now register themselves with EE at startup using a friendly name
  • Registered agents are stored centrally and de-duplicated automatically
  • Printers can optionally be assigned to a specific Print Agent
  • Print job logging includes the Print Agent name when assigned
  • Print job retrieval APIs support filtering by Print Agent

Benefit: Enables targeted print job routing, improves diagnostics, and supports multi-agent deployments without disrupting existing behavior.

Tenant-Configurable Time Zones

A new tenant-level time zone configuration ensures timestamps are displayed in the correct local time for each customer.

  • All system data continues to be stored in UTC
  • User-entered timestamps are converted to UTC on save
  • Displayed timestamps (UI and APIs) are converted to the tenant’s local time
  • Daylight saving time is handled automatically

Benefit: Eliminates UTC ambiguity and improves clarity for multi-tenant and globally distributed users.

Improved Pick Location Skip Behavior

Picking workflows are enhanced by retaining the last suggested pick location when an order is reloaded.

  • Previously suggested locations are preserved when users return to an order
  • If inventory is no longer available, the system resets to the first valid location based on existing priority logic
  • Behavior is controlled via system configuration (“Persist Last Suggested Pick Location”) and is off by default

Benefit: Reduces repetitive cycling through locations and improves picker efficiency in real-world workflows.

Enhanced Main Screen License Plate (LP) Scan Details

When scanning a License Plate associated with an active order, additional order context is now displayed on the main screen:

  • Customer Name
  • Order Status
  • Percent Complete (consistent with Order Console)

Benefit: Improves operational awareness without requiring navigation away from the main scanning screen.

Ship Order via Order Status API (Inventory Relief)

The Order Status API now triggers full shipping logic when transitioning orders from:

Waiting for Shipment → Waiting for Export

  • Inventory is relieved automatically
  • API-driven status updates now behave the same as UI-based shipping

Benefit: Prevents inventory discrepancies and improves reliability for integrated and automated fulfillment workflows.

Receive Serials by Range

Serialized receiving is enhanced with serial range entry, allowing users to receive serialized inventory by entering a start number and quantity.

  • Automatically generates all serials in the range
  • Validates format, duplicates, and range integrity
  • Fully compatible with downstream serial tracking

Benefit: Dramatically speeds up high-volume serialized receiving while preserving traceability.

Receive – SKU UOM Display on Receiving Screens

  • Added display of the SKU Unit of Measure (UOM) on receiving screens.
  • Allows Receivers to confirm the expected UOM during the receiving process.
  • Reduces the risk of receiving inventory in an incorrect unit of measure.

Benefit: Improves receiving accuracy and inventory integrity by validating the correct UOM at the point of receipt.

Replenishment Insights – Power BI Report

A new Replenishment Insights Power BI (PBIX) report is now included in the EE base code.

  • Provides visual insight into replenishment demand and activity
  • Designed for customers using EE replenishment functionality
  • Serves as a foundation for additional BI customization

Benefit: Enables faster, data-driven replenishment decisions without custom reporting.

Resolved Issues

Endpoint Enterprise 13.2 includes fixes that improve inventory accuracy, reporting reliability, and mobile user experience.

License Plates Not Appearing in Bin Quick Counts

  • Fixed an issue where LPs were not selectable during bin quick counts.
  • LPs are now presented for selection, allowing users to count child LPs accurately.

Inventory In Transit SSRS Report Data Corrections

  • Fixed missing core values (e.g., serials for serial-tracked items).
  • Corrected quantities previously showing as zero.
  • Improved PO-to-order linking when Use In-Transit is enabled.

iOS – Missing Document Title on Print Prompt

  • Resolved an issue where iOS did not display the document title during print/skip prompts.
  • iOS behavior now matches Android.

Order Complete Document Printing Consistency (iOS & Android)

  • Fixed an issue where documents configured for the OrderComplete process event were not prompted when orders were staged and later shipped.
  • Users are now prompted consistently regardless of shipment timing.

Duplicate Vendor Records Created During PO Import

  • Fixed an issue where importing Purchase Orders created duplicate vendor records when the vendor already existed.
  • Import logic now correctly matches existing vendors.

iOS – Bin Number Not Visible When Adding New Bins

  • Resolved an issue where the Bin Number field was invisible when scanning and adding new bins.
  • The scanned bin number now displays correctly.

Upgrade Notes

  • All enhancements are backward compatible
  • No configuration changes are required to retain existing behavior
  • Tenants should configure time zones to fully leverage localized timestamps
  • Power BI report usage requires replenishment functionality to be in use
