What’s New

Two-Step Inventory Transfer Support

Comprehensive mobile support for two-step inventory transfers has been added. This feature includes configurable options for auto-entering default locations, scanning items first, skipping optional LP fields, and handling lot/serial/expiration dates to and from License Plates.

Streamlined Confirmation Prompts

New warehouse profile options allow you to suppress confirmation prompts for adding new serial/lot numbers or selecting alternate serial/lot numbers. This streamlines workflows across Physical Count, Receiving, and Picking modules for experienced users who want faster data entry.

Smart Scanning Workflow

The system now retains scanned items and locations from listing screens, eliminating redundant scanning when moving to the next process. When you scan an item or location from a listing screen and navigate to Receiving or Physical Count, the information auto-populates without requiring you to scan again.

Enhanced Error Messaging

Picking operations now display comprehensive error messages in the Review and Send view. Line-specific errors are clearly marked with indicators. Detailed messages explain errors and steps for resolution, allowing users to fix errors without slowing operations.

Physical Count Enhancements

• License Plate Counting: Full support for counting License Plated items with LP Mode enabled or disabled.
• Navigation Logic: Users remain focused on the same item/location until all lines are accounted for.
• Accurate Totals: The “Counted” field now properly accumulates quantities when counting items on and off License Plates.
• Search Functionality: Item search filtering now works correctly in Count by Item view.
• UOM Display: Unit of measure information now displays correctly in review/send banners.

Receiving Improvements

• Performance: Resolved location lookup delays and timeout issues.
• Serial Number Handling: Fixed issues with scanning multiple serial numbers on orders.
