At the start of every year, I ask myself, our team, partners and most importantly customers a simple question: What do we need to do this year…faster, better, and more clearly, to deliver what matters to our customers and partners?
Our answer came down to a single idea: FIFO.
If you’ve spent time in a warehouse, FIFO usually means First In, First Out. At Endpoint, we’re redefining it for 2026 as Fast In, Fast Out. Fast in means removing friction, faster onboarding, cleaner integrations, quicker user activation. Fast out means empowering you to move, scale, and adapt without bottlenecks, workarounds, or waiting on us.
It’s not a slogan. It’s a mindset and expected operating standard. And in 2026, it’s the bar we’re holding ourselves to: less drag, more momentum, and real speed where it counts.
2025 was a pivotal year for Endpoint. We focused on strengthening our core business architecture, aligning our customer-facing functions, the systems and tools infrastructure across the business, our product alignment and experience, and how we support the customers and partners who rely on us every day. The work wasn’t flashy, but it was necessary.
Now in 2026, the focus shifts.
This is the year we turn transformation into momentum. This is the year speed becomes visible not just in what we say, but in how quickly customers see value. This is the year Endpoint simply is modern, without needing to explain it.
Endpoint has never been about technology for technology’s sake. It’s about the people running real operations, warehouse teams, IT leaders, ERP consultants, and business owners, who all need to align on the processes and systems that work together to keep pace with their business.
In 2026, our priorities are clear:
Our goal is simple: Endpoint should feel like the obvious choice, not just on day one, but as your business evolves and grows operationally.
If you’re a partner reading this, whether you’re a publisher, value-added reseller, systems integrator, or consultant, this matters:
We’re designing Endpoint’s growth with you, not around you.
Historically, companies in this market space haven’t always made this easy. Confusing programs. Blurred lines on ownership. Inconsistent support. Too much guesswork.
That’s not acceptable, and it’s not the future we’re building.
In 2026, we’re rolling out our Partner Charter: a clear, straightforward commitment that defines how we work together and how success is shared. No more guessing on the roles we both play on opportunities. Just clean lanes and shared success.
At the same time, we expect to continue deepening our alignment with ERP publisher ecosystems so that what we build works with the platforms you trust.
You won’t see Endpoint chasing features just to look good in a press release. We innovate where it removes complexity, unlocks speed, and solves real operational problems.
This year, that means:
We’re building for where operations are going, not where they’ve been.
To our customers: thank you for trusting Endpoint with systems that matter. We know the pressure you’re under, and we take that responsibility seriously. Judge us this year by how quickly you get value and how little friction you feel along the way.
To our partners: thank you for building with us. In 2026, we’ll move faster and more intentionally side by side.
And to our team: FIFO isn’t just something we talk about. It’s expected in your mindset and how we operate. We build fast, ship fast, and support fast because the people we serve don’t have time to wait.
2026 is a year for speed.
A year for clarity.
A year to move fast and deliver deep.
We’re excited to execute together. Best wishes for a great 2026!
