A new quarterly program covers software, implementation, and support for manufacturers ready to move beyond spreadsheets.
NOKOMIS, FL – January 25, 2026 – Endpoint Automation Solutions today announced the Endpoint Operators Grant, a quarterly program that provides full warehouse management implementations—software, services, support, and a professional documentary—at no cost to mid-market warehouse teams.
Each quarter, one selected business receives a complete one-year implementation: Endpoint’s warehouse management software, hands-on implementation services, ongoing technical support, and a professionally produced short documentary capturing their transformation journey.
“We’ve spent decades watching warehouse operations reach a point where old tools start to hold them back,” said Kurt Heusner, CEO of Endpoint Automation Solutions. “But technology alone doesn’t modernize a warehouse—people do. The Operators Grant is about backing operators by supporting their growth in a real, tangible way. We’re proud to take this step and look forward to welcoming our first recipient.”
Why This Grant Exists
Mid-market warehouse teams face a precarious middle ground. They’ve outgrown spreadsheets and paper processes, but enterprise WMS systems cost $100K+ and take 12–18 months to implement. Lightweight alternatives promise simplicity but disappear after go-live, leaving teams to figure it out alone.
The Operators Grant removes the financial barrier and provides the implementation support that determines whether automation succeeds or becomes shelfware.
What Recipients Receive
After the one-year grant period, recipients can continue at standard pricing or walk away with no obligation.
Who Should Apply
The grant targets small to medium-sized manufacturers and hybrid distributors ($5M–$50M in revenue, 10–50 employees) managing warehouse operations with spreadsheets, basic inventory tools, or systems they’ve outgrown.
Application & Selection
Applications open January 25 and close February 28, 2026. The first recipient will be announced before March 30, with implementation beginning within 30 days of selection. Selection criteria include operational need, team readiness, transformation potential, and willingness to participate in documentary production.
ERP partners may nominate customers with consent. Selection is managed by Endpoint leadership in consultation with industry advisors.
