Your implementation, in eight easy steps

Our expert team will take you from earliest discussions to effective use of your new Endpoint automation tools—truly, end to end.
Initial Discovery
Depending on your company's needs, a member of the Professional Services Group may lead discussions to help define your implementation project before your purchase, or demonstrate specific, non-standard functionalities you're interested in.
Setup
The Product Delivery team will prepare the working environment for your project and add the automation tools you'll be using. Your PM will set up a detailed project tracking framework and gather the team for kickoff.
Scoping
You'll take a deep dive into your business needs with our expert Consultants and/or Architects. We'll identify risks, nail down the details, and plan for a successful execution.
Configuration, Design & Assembly
Consultants translate the plan into technical reality with product configuration & standard add-ons. Engineers and Developers collaborate on new functionalities, whether available to all product users or unique to your company.
Training
A Consultant or Trainer will guide you through your new automation tools step-by-step, so you master every transaction and process and see the results in your ERP. They'll help you tackle any questions that come up as you start applying what you've learned in testing.
Testing
Guided by detailed UAT scripts, you'll put your whole system through its paces—every use case, multiple paths, multiple times. Your Consultant and our Support Engineering team will be right with you to solve any issues that arise during testing.
Going Live
After testing is complete, the whole project team—including your ERP partner and IT—will work together to plan your production go-live. A mock go-live may be used for complex implementations, to ensure there are no misfires.
Using & Settling In
The Product Delivery and Support teams will work together to address any bumps you encounter in your first few days using your EAS automation solution. You'll meet your Customer Account Manager and debrief the challenges of your implementation project.
