  Add "Add Entry" to Dashboard for Labor Entry (OM and PM) Somewhere on the Dashboard, could we have a function added where we could add a punch entry to the dashboard. Currently in order to add a punch in/out, it has to be done through Manufacturing 100 App. If a manager needs to enter a missing punch, they do not have the capability to do so. If we add the “Add Punch/Entry” button, it would be a lot easier for our managers to have the capability to make edits.
  Auto-Generated Pallet Tags at Completion  
Work Tickets Auto-Generated Sub-Assemblies for Work Tickets Enhance the Make-to-Order Work Ticket generation process so that when a user auto-generates a Work Ticket for a Finished Good (FG) item from within Sales Order Entry, the system provides option to automatically generate Work Tickets for all required Sub-Assemblies associated with that FG item. This ensures complete production visibility, accurate material planning, and streamlined workflow automation by creating all necessary dependent Work Tickets in a single process.
Integration - IoT Full OM Integration into IRP Implement full integration with the Inventory Replenishment Planning (IRP) module to replace legacy MRP dependencies, ensuring seamless handling of Projected Demand. This enhancement will enable the system to utilize IRP’s demand forecasting and replenishment logic for more accurate production planning, material allocation, and scheduling decisions—aligning Work Ticket generation, purchasing, and inventory management with current IRP-driven demand projections.
Labor Tracking In/Out Labor Tracking (lunch hour) Enhance the Labor Tracking to support automated in/out tracking for lunch breaks, reducing manual entry and improving time accuracy. When enabled, the system will automatically record a user’s lunch out and in timestamps based on configurable rules.
BOMs BOM Explosion Handling When auto-generating a Work Ticket for a finished good, users will have the option to determine whether sub-assemblies should be exploded into their component parts or retained as a single component item. The system will evaluate the new “Explode (Y/N/A)” field in BOM Maintenance—where Y = Always Explode, N = Do Not Explode, and A = Check Available Quantity—to decide whether to include sub-assembly components on the parent Work Ticket or to auto-generate separate Work Tickets for sub-assemblies as needed.
Time Tracker Time Tracker Navigation - Scroll Through Entities Improve the usability of the Time Tracker Entry and Parts Usage screens by enabling users to view, scroll through, and retrieve existing time entries more efficiently—consistent with functionality available in other data entry screens.
Scheduling Enhanced Scheduling: Allow Unscheduled WT on Scheduling Board Enable users to drag and drop unscheduled Work Tickets (WTs) directly onto the Scheduling Board for immediate assignment. This enhancement improves usability and efficiency by eliminating the need for manual entry through separate scheduling screens.
